My practice is located in West Guilford approximately 1km from Highway 118. Please park by the double doors at the lower level of the house. This is the entrance you will use. Please remain in your car until I wave you in, or 3 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, to ensure appropriate intervals between clients.
Preferred payment is etransfer, however cash or cheque is also acceptable. You are encouraged to fill out any and all paperwork ahead of schedule so it does not conflict with your appointment time. Please check your email for reminders.
